OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2021;9(1):13 Healthcare (Basel). 2021 Nov 5;9(11):1514.研究概要
Twenty-seven female patients with neck pain were randomized to receive 4 weeks of manual therapy plus sling-based thoracic active exercise (n=14) or 4 weeks of manual therapy alone (n=13). Outcomes of interest included pain pressure threshold, numeric pain rating scale (NPRS) scores, craniovertebral angle, neck disability index (NDI) scores, and Short Form 36 (SF-36) physical, mental and general health scores. Outcomes were assessed upon completion of treatment. Results revealed a significantly greater improvement in all outcomes in the sling-based exercise group compared to the control group, with the exception of NPRS scores which trended in favour of the sling-based exercise group.
