Does computer navigation system really improve early clinical outcomes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction? A meta-analysis and systematic review of randomized controlled trials
Knee. 2012 Mar;19(2):73-7. Epub 2011 Apr 15 randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials were identified that compared early clinical results of computer navigated and conventional anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction methods at 24-28 months. Results indicated there were no significant differences in primary outcomes including pivot shift test, Lachman test, IKDC, Lysholm and Tegner outcomes between the two groups.
