Sports (Basel). 2021 Jan 19;9(1):12.Two hundred and seventy seven patients with diagnosed patellar tendon myopathy were randomized in this meta-analysis to either a physical intervention group or a control group. The outcomes of interest included pain at rest using Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment–Patellar tendon scale (VISA-P) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and muscle power which was evaluated using jump tests, reach tests, and countermovement jumps tests.
