Positive effects of neuromuscular exercises on pain and active range of motion in idiopathic frozen shoulder: a randomized controlled trial.
OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2023;11(6):12 BMC Musculoskelet Disord . 2023 Jan 20;24(1):50.研究概要
Forty patients (> 40 years) with idiopathic frozen shoulder were randomized to receive either neuromuscular exercises (n=20) or strengthening exercises (n=20). Outcomes of interest were pain scores using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and active range of motion in flexion, extension, abduction, external rotation, and internal rotation after 8 weeks. Pain scores and range of motion in flexion, abduction, external rotation, and internal rotation were significantly better in the neuromuscular exercise group after 8 weeks.
