Correction of tibiofemoral subluxation after high tibial osteotomy: prospective comparative study of lateral closing versus medial opening wedge osteotomy
60 patients scheduled for high tibial osteotomy were randomized to either closing wedge or opening wedge osteotomy. Patients were assessed for change in mean tibiofemoral subluxation pre- to postoperatively. Results demonstrated no significant difference between groups.
