Cemented VS cementless CAS TKA: Mid-term results of a prospective randomized study
243 patients scheduled for computer navigated total knee arthroplasty were randomized to either cemented or cementless fixation. Patients were assessed at 8-year follow-up for clinical and radiographic outcomes. Results at final follow-up demonstrated no significant differences between groups in patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, or radiographic outcomes.
