Effects of integrating Neurac vibration into a side-lying bridge exercise on a sling in patients with chronic low back pain: a randomized controlled study.
Physiother Theory Pract. 2020 Aug;36(8):907-915Thirty patients with low back pain were randomized into receiving side-lying bridge exercise on a sling suspension system alone or combined with Neurac vibration (30Hz) during the side-lying bridge exercise. Outcomes of interest included the following: perceived pain measured on numeric rating scale (NRS), asymmetry of weight distribution (AWD), asymmetry of hip abductor strength (AHAS), and static balance in one-leg standing (SBOLS). In the ANOVA analysis a significant group x time interaction was observed in all outcomes: the rate of change in all outcomes was significantly in favour of the vibration group compared to the control group.
