Indian Pediatr. 2021 Sep 15;58(9): 826-832.Fifty nine children (aged 5-12) with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy (CP) were randomized to receive at home activity-based therapy in addition to standard physiotherapy (n=30) or standard physiotherapy alone (n=29). The primary outcome of interest was the change in 6 minute walk test scores at 6 months follow-up. There was no significant difference from baseline for the 6 minute walk test between the two groups.
