OE Journal. 2023;11(1):9 J Clin Med. 2022 Oct 19;11(20):6167.研究概要
Thirty-four patients with chronic mechanical neck pain (CMNP) were randomized to receive either dry needling with a standard exercise program (n=17) or an exercise program alone (n=17). Outcomes of interest were the Neck Disability Index (NDI), pain scores, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and SF-36 (general health, physical functioning, role function, vitality, emotional well-being, social function, quality of life, and bodily pain). The post-test scores were similar between the two groups when comparing NDI, NPRS, BDI, and SF-36 components. The NDI, NPRS, SF-36, and BDI scores significantly improved in both groups from baseline.
