Cervical spondylotic myelopathy: conservative versus surgical treatment after 10 years
Euro Spine Journal; 2011; 20: 1533-153864 patients with non-progressing or very slowly progressing mild and moderate clinical spondylotic cervical myelopathy were randomized to receive either surgical treatment or a conservative approach. The results of the study indicated that there were no significant differences between the two groups, in regards to neurological function and performance of daily activities.
