Superiority of the Bryan Disc Prosthesis for Cervical Myelopathy - A Randomized Study with 3-year Followup
Clin Orthop Relat Res. 2011 Dec;469(12):3408-14. Epub 2011 Oct 14.83 patients with cervical myelopathy were randomized to undergo arthroplasty with implantation of a Bryan cervical disc prosthesis or Anterior Cervical Disc Fusion (ACDF). At 3 year follow up, the Bryan cervical disc arthroplasty has been found to be a safe, reliable, and efficacious in the treatment of cervical myelopathy.
