Triple-Loaded Single-Row Versus Suture-Bridge Double-Row Rotator Cuff Tendon Repair With Platelet-Rich Plasma Fibrin Membrane: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Arthroscopy. 2016 May;32(5):753-6140 patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tear and scheduled for arthroscopic repair augment with platelet-rich plasma fibrin membrane were randomized to either double-row suture-bridge bridge or single-row triple-loaded anchor repair. The purpose of this study was evaluate if the double-row technique led to significantly improved clinical outcome measures and retear rate relative to the single-row technique. Results demonstrated no significant differences between groups in any assessed outcome.
