OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2024;12(22):21 PLoS One. 2024 01-Aug;():. 10.1371/journal.pone.0306249研究概要
This systematic review and meta-analysis included 11 randomized controlled trials with 748 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty comparing the effects of continuous adductor canal block (CACB) versus continuous femoral nerve block (CFNB). Pooled outcomes assessed pain relief at rest and during motion, opioid consumption, quadriceps strength, knee function, time to discharge readiness, and risk of falls. The results showed that CACB and CFNB were equally effective for pain relief and opioid consumption. However, CACB better preserved quadriceps strength (p<0.05) and significantly reduced discharge readiness time (p<0.05).
