Robot-assisted vs freehand pedicle screw fixation in spine surgery - a systematic review and a meta-analysis of comparative studies

The main outcome was the rate of accurate pedicle screw placement, which did not significantly differ between RA and FH groups. Additionally, the rate of major complications did not significantly differ between groups. Operative time was significantly longer among RA groups compared to FH groups.
