2019 AAOS Annual Meeting: Comparison of Traditional Physical Therapy to Internet-Based Physical Therapy after Knee Arthroscopy: A Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial Comparing Patient Outcomes and Satisfaction

OE Journal. 2019;7(5):20127 patients scheduled for arthroscopic partial meniscectomy were randomized to online or outpatient physical therapy. Patients were assessed for outcome on the International Knee Documentation Committee score, the Lysholm score, the Modified Cincinnati Rating System score, and VR-12 scores after 1 week, 6 weeks, and 6 months postoperatively. Results demonstrated no statistically significant differences between groups in any outcome at any time point.
