No Difference in Outcomes between Femoral Fixation Methods with Hamstring Autograft in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction – A Network Meta-Analysis
11 randomized controlled trials were included in this frequentist network meta-analysis which sought to analyze and compare graft failure rates, knee laxity measures, knee function scores, and incidence of additional procedures between crosspin, cortical button, and interference screw devices for femoral fixation of a hamstring autograft in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The results of this study demonstrated no statistically significant differences between groups for any of the assessed outcomes.
