研究概要

Fourteen randomized controlled trials including 989 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis comparing extended reality (XR)-based rehabilitation versus conventional rehabilitation. Pooled outcomes of interest included pain, function, anxiety, and quality of life. Pooled results indicated that XR-based rehabilitation significantly improved pain, function, and anxiety but did not significantly improve quality of life compared to conventional rehabilitation. These findings suggest that XR-based rehabilitation may offer beneficial enhancements in postoperative recovery for TKA patients.
