OrthoEvidence Journal (OE Journal) - ACE Report
OE Journal. 2024;12(7):28 Clin J Sport Med . 2023 Nov 1;33(6):579-597.研究概要
This systematic review and meta-analysis included 18 studies with a total of 1356 patients and focused on the effects of motor control exercises (as described by Hodges and Richardson) on patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain compared to other interventions, such as inactive controls, placebo, minimal intervention, and other exercise treatments. The pooled outcomes of interest encompassed pain intensity, disability, and physical activity. Overall, the findings suggest moderate-quality evidence supporting the potential effectiveness of motor control exercises in reducing pain intensity and disability in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain, though the impact on physical activity remains uncertain.
