OrthAlign Surpasses 500,000 Joint Replacement Procedures .

OrthAlign has reported that its handheld surgical technology has now been used in more than 500,000 joint replacement procedures worldwide, compared with 200,000 in 2021. The platform supports total hip, total knee and partial knee arthroplasty, as well as ligament balancing in primary and revision procedures. Its adoption across more than 20 countries illustrates the expanding role of compact surgical navigation technologies. However, procedure volume alone does not establish superior clinical outcomes or cost-effectiveness.
