Synopsis
10 randomized controlled trials were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis for the purpose of determining if injury prevention programs for soccer players were effective in reducing the risk of ankle injury. Results displayed that ankle injury prevention programs significantly reduced the risk of ankle injury among the analyzed studies.
