Synopsis

60 patients with diagnosed osteoarthritis of the knee, hip, or fingers were randomized to receive an oral tablet once daily of either D-002 (50 mg) or placebo for a total of 6 weeks. At week 3, if no improvement was observed, the dose was increased to two tablets per day (daily dose of 100 mg).
