Synopsis
120 patients with a meniscus injury and anterior knee pain participated in this study to determine the clinical benefits of circumpatellar electrocautery. One year after treatment, patients were assessed for pain and Lysholm scores and the results indicated significant improvements in patients regardless of whether they received the electrocautery procedure or not.
