Synopsis
76 patients who underwent single-bundle ACL reconstruction by autogenous grafting of semitendinosus and gracilis tendon were evaluated in this study to determine the most effective femoral tunnel preparation method. Patients were prepared through the transtibial or anteromedial portals and results suggest comparable clinical outcomes between the two methods.
