Data from 7 randomized trials examining the effect of therapeutic exercise on pain and disability in chronic nonspecific neck pain (CNSNP) patients were pooled. The results show that, therapeutic exercise alleviated pain in CNSNP patients in the short (1 month) and intermediate (1-6 months) term follow-ups.
