Synopsis
103 patients with unilateral osteoarthritis of the knee scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty were randomized to either receive TKA with a posterior-stabilized fixed-bearing knee prosthesis (PS) or a posterior-stabilized mobile-bearing knee prosthesis (PSM).
