Synopsis
Seventy-one patients with complete anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries were randomized to receive either a peroneus longus (PL) tendon autograft (n=36) or a hamstring tendon (HST) autograft (n=35) for arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.
