Synopsis
Eighty patients with multilevel cervical compressive myelopathy undergoing unilateral open-door laminoplasty were randomized to receive thrombin-gelatin matrix combined with absorbable gelatin sponge (TGM-AGS) (n=40) or absorbable gelatin sponge alone (AGS) (n=40).
