Synopsis
Eighty patients with osteoarthritis undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomized to receive either a combination of celecoxib, pregabalin, and acetaminophen (n=40) or celecoxib, pregabalin, and placebo (n=40) two hours prior to surgery.
