Synopsis
52 patients undergoing cervical spine surgery were randomized to receive either a bilateral inter-semispinal plane block (ISPB; n=26) or control (n=26). Outcomes of interest include pain on a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), time to first rescue analgesic, total morphine dose, intraoperative total fentanyl dose, and the incidence of complications.
