Synopsis

Eighty patients with carpal tunnel (n=40) or cubital tunnel syndrome (n=40) were randomized to receive a retractor-endoscopic nerve decompression (n=47) or an open decompression (n=33). Outcomes of interest included operative time, McGowan score, neurophysiological data, Bishop Rating Scores (BRS), time to full functionality and duration of pain, the incidence of adverse events, and complications....
