Synopsis
Fifty patients with chronic low back pain resistant to conservative therapy were randomized to receive a single trigger point injection (n=25) or 5 sessions of neural therapy over a week (n=25). The outcomes of interest included pain during activities on a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ).
