Synopsis

Eighty patients with traumatic spinal cord injury discharged from hospital after surgery were randomized to receive an online nursing care model (n=40) or routine discharge guidance (n=40). The outcomes of interest included the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Short Form 36 (SF-36) quality of life questionnaire, and the incidence of complications.
