Synopsis
107 patients with acute lateral ankle sprains (Grade II-III) were randomized to receive a semi-rigid polyester wrap or a modified adjustable and removable semi-rigid wrap known as a MOK-cast. The primary outcome of interest was the Karlsson Scoring Scale (KSS).
