Synopsis
72 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized to intraarticular injection with either 40mg methylprednisolone or 30m ketorolac. Patients were assessed for improvement over 6-week follow-up in numeric rating scale (NRS) pain scores, the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), and the Oxford Knee Score (OKS).
