Synopsis
211 patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty were randomized to one of three multimodal analgesia regimens: oral acetaminophen and periarticular infiltration with a standard knee injection cocktail, oral acetaminophen and periarticular infiltration with liposomal bupivacaine, and intravenous acetaminophen and periarticular infiltration with a standard knee injection cocktail.
