Synopsis
213 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were randomized to 1 of 3 groups: open carpal tunnel release (OCTR) with transverse carpal ligament (TCL) reconstruction, isolated OCTR, or endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR).
