Synopsis

One hundred patients with hip fractures were randomized to receive either supra-inguinal fascia iliaca block (S-FIB) with 30 mL of 0.35% ropivacaine (n=50) or peri-capsular nerve group (PENG) block with 20 mL of 0.35% ropivacaine (n=50).
