Synopsis

Thirty-four patients with plantar fasciitis were randomized to receive kinesiology tape (KT) treatment (n=17) or a sham tape intervention (n=17). The primary outcome was pain reduction, measured using a visual analog scale (VAS), assessed daily for up to five days while wearing the tape and 24 hours after removal.
