Synopsis
68 patients scheduled for a carpal tunnel release surgery were randomized to receive distal nerve blockade (median and ulnar nerve) with either a Wide Awake Local Anesthesia No Tourniquet (WALANT) infiltration (n=30) or tourniquet (n=30).
