Synopsis
40 patients undergoing bone-patellar tendon-bone ACL reconstruction were randomized to auto-graft fixation using either RIGIDfix cross pins or Linvatec Bioscrews to compared clinical outcomes. At 24 months follow-up, all patients demonstrated clinically significant improvements in knee function and quality of life assessments; however, there were no differences between groups.
