14 randomized controlled trials were included in this meta-analysis comparing postoperative analgesia following total knee arthroplasty between local infiltration analgesia (LIA) and peripheral nerve block (PNB). Pooled outcomes included postoperative morphine consumption, postoperative pain scores at rest and on movement, knee range of motion, Knee Society Score, and complications/adverse events....
