Synopsis

285 patients with a vertebral compression fracture (VCF) were randomized to treatment with the Kiva System (Kiva; Benvenue Medical Inc., Santa Clara, CA) or to balloon kyphoplasty (BK; Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN).
