Synopsis

143 patients who were scheduled to undergo arthroscopic partial meniscectomy were randomized to receive either the novel OMS103HP irrigation solution or control (lactated Ringer’s). The results from 90 day follow up indicated that patients who received the novel irrigation solution displayed significantly less post-operative pain, improved function, and knee motion.
