Synopsis

168 elderly patients were randomized to examine the efficacy of celecoxib, meloxicam, and paracetamol in treating symptoms of late Kashin-Beck disease. Patients received a six week course of celecoxib 200 mg once daily, meloxicam 7.5 mg once daily or paracetamol 300 mg three times daily.
