Synopsis

160 patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tears were randomized to undergo single-row or double-row arthroscopic repair. At the end of the 2 year study, patients who received double-row repair displayed significant improvements in a number of clinical outcomes (UCLA and ASES in patient with tears greater than 30mm).
