Synopsis

86 patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis were randomized to etoricoxib 60mg daily for 14 days or placebo for 14 days. Patients were assessed for outcome related to resting and dynamic pain, stiffness, function, and pressure pain threshold after 4 and 14 days of treatment.
